If you need video test patterns to check out if your equipment is working correctly, you've come to the right place!
On this page you can find:

Video Test Patterns (JPEG) for use with PC's etc.
Hardware (HDTV) video test pattern generators
These devices generate video test patterns that are useful for testing video equipment such as the Barco CRT projector. If you use a PC as a video source, you may want to check out the software solutions in the section below this one.
VIDEO TEST PATTERNS (DVD & BLURAY)
These DVD's and bluyrays contain a collection of test patterns and test tones that are perfect to fine tune your home theater. Just pop in the disc and follow the on-screen instructions.
VIDEO TEST PATTERNS (DOWNLOADS)
Below is a small collection of test patterns that you can use to setup your CRT projector. All images have been sized to 1024x768 pixels as this is the resolution that i am currently running with my Barco Data 800 projector. Check my Barco site for all kinds of other interesting Barco Data 800 related information and downloads.
Note that your PC videocard uses overlays to display dvd video. Test patterns displayed on the desktop, or through a software dvd player can have different results. Especially when setting blacklevel i recommend playing the test image on the actual video source (software or external dvd player?) that you'll be using. If you wish to use these patterns to setup your CRT projector and dvd player, burn them as a SVCD using Nero Burning Rom or similar CDR burning program. Better yet, buy the Avia or Video Essentials Home Theater reference setup DVD! They contain far more test images and extensive help on how to use them.
I will create and upload some higher-resolution patterns asap.
UPDATE: I've moved the images to another folder. Too many people are leeching my bandwidth by deeplinking these files for ridiculous things like forum backgrounds. So the files are still here and reachable, but just on a different location now. I've removed the BBC test pattern video for the same ridiculous reason BTW.
However..
If you want useful patterns for your home theater I highly recommend using the software in my downloads section or the video calibration DVD's and blurays available in my Amazon Store
