    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR (REMOTE) LINKING TO THIS WEBSITE

    I am happy to see that many people are using this website as a point of reference when they wish to display the capabilities of the Barco Data 800. This site is often linked by sellers on ebay and similar online auctions. I am very honoured, but due to the increasing reports of fraud there are a number of terms and conditions that apply when linking to this site or content herein:

    Using screenshots and/or photographs from and/or linking to this website in auctions, classified and so on..
    You are free to link to this site or use pictures from this site in online auctions such as E-Bay to give buyers an idea of what is possible with the Barco 800 projector, provided that you inform me about this (with a link to the auction) and state VERY clearly in the auction that you are offering a SIMILAR projector, but not MY projector. I've caught many sellers using images from or linking to this site suggesting that _my_ screenshots were taken from their video-grade P.O.S. projector with a runtime of over 25000 hours using a VHS recorder on a a SVHS input as a source.. you know what i mean. If you comply with these simple rules i will happily grant you permission. If you don't, I will not hesitate to report fraud to those in charge of the auction site.

    Remote linking to images or documents on this website
    I'd prefer it if you didn't remote-link directly to documents or images on this site. It tends to cause serious traffic (especially through forums and auctions) and this bandwidth is paid for by yours truly. You can of course always link to the page containing the documents. You are free to mirror images for use in high-traffic websites, provided that you credit this site in the accompanying text, comply with my rules regarding auctions and notify me of doing so.
